Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Micah Mystics, a digital tarot service operated from the Philippines. By ordering a reading you agree to them.
The service
Micah Mystics is a digital service. Readings are delivered by email — there is no physical product and no in-person appointment.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase a reading.
Pricing, subscriptions & ordering
Daily Love & Life Readings are offered as a recurring subscription: Weekly Plan ($19.99/week) or Monthly Plan ($55.55/month). Subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
Personal one-time readings and spiritual services are arranged directly with Micah through Facebook Messenger. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may add currency conversion fees or other charges, which are outside our control.
Delivery
The $12.85 Full Reading is delivered by email within 24 hours. Other personal readings and spiritual services are delivered by email within 48 hours, first come first served. Check your spam and promotions folders if you don't see it.
All sales are final
All sales are final. Refunds are limited to the exceptions in our Refund Policy (duplicate charges, and undelivered readings that we can't resolve).
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service honestly and lawfully, to provide accurate contact details, and not to misuse, copy, or redistribute readings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micah Mystics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a reading or its use. Readings are for entertainment and reflection only.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
