Refund Policy
Because each reading is prepared personally for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for dissatisfaction with a reading's content. The $12.85 Full Reading is delivered by email within 24 hours. Subscription payments (Weekly Plan $19.99/week or Monthly Plan $55.55/month) are non-refundable once charged, but you can cancel anytime in PayPal or by messaging Micah to stop future charges. There are only two exceptions for refunds.
The two exceptions
1. Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same order or billing cycle, the duplicate charge is refunded.
2. Non-delivery. If your reading was not delivered within 7 days of payment and we could not resolve it, you receive a full refund.
