Micah Mystics respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
When you order a reading, we collect your name, email address, the cards you select, and any question or notes you choose to share. The contact form collects your name, email, and message.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your reading, to reply to your messages, and to resolve any issues with an order. We use your information for the service you asked for — nothing more.
Payments
Orders and payments are arranged directly with Micah through Facebook Messenger.Micah Mystics never sees, stores, or receives your card details.
AI assistance
Readings are drafted with AI assistance. The cards you selected and your optional question are sent to an AI provider to help shape the draft, which is then personally reviewed by Micah before it is sent to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver your reading, respond to you, and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask to access or delete your data at any time. Email micahbuc27@gmail.com and we'll help you with either.
